AN OPERATIC JOURNEY THROUGH TUSCANY

To celebrate the Week of Italian Cuisine and the 100th anniversary of Puccini, the Italian Consulate of Perth, Garum and West Australian Opera are proud to present, An Operatic Journey through Tuscany at Garum.

Join us on a culinary journey through Tuscany, where for one night only Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo have curated a decadent four-course Tuscan feast inspired by the works of the great maestro Puccini and the flavours and aromas of his birthplace. Each course will be accompanied with a glass of Tuscan wine and preceded by a Puccini performance from West Australian Opera's Paul O'Neill and Naomi Johns.
